Van Transportation Services

Connections provides non-emergent transportation to and from services based at the following locations:

• West Valley Hospital
• West Valley Physicians and Surgeons Clinic
• Monmonth Medical Center

Service is wheelchair accessible. Please call 24 hours prior to your appointment to schedule transportation. The van is staffed by volunteers.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday: 8:00 – 4:00

Volunteers at West Valley Hospital provide this service to our community. The service is funded by the West Valley Hospital Foundation and donations are encouraged and accepted.
