Scope of Services

Our Shapes Clinic provides the following servies to ambulatory patients in an outpatient setting. All services require a referral from your Health Care Provider.

Coagulation Clinic
Infusion Therapy
Wound Care
Transfusions

Our Pharmacy provides medication for West Valley Hospital patients, employees, and volunteers. (Pharmacy services are not available to the general public.
