Fundraising Gala Nets Over $17,500

West Coast Bank, Dallas Branch and Spirit Mountain Casino are the major sponsors of the West Valley Hospital Foundation’s seventh annual Moonlight and Vines gala, held Friday, Aug. 18, at BeckenRidge Vineyard in Dallas.

At this summer garden party and silent auction, people can enjoy a gourmet dinner served with wines and microbrews, while listening to the music of the Gaylon Jay Quintet. During the silent auction, participants can bid on a number of items including a weekend get-a-way at Black Butte. This year, for the first time, participants may purchase raffle tickets for a few select items.

Last year the event netted $17,914 for various projects at West Valley Hospital.

“It’s gratifying that each year community members support this event and come out to not only celebrate West Valley Hospital, but also to help us build on the future of continuing to provide top quality medical care in this area,” said Sherri Partridge, Annual Giving and Special Events Officer for the West Valley Hospital Foundation.

Tickets are $42 each, and can be purchased by calling the West Valley Hospital Foundation at 503-831-3456. Various levels of sponsorships are still available, but currently Meduri Farms is a Silver sponsor, and BeckenRidge Vineyard, Bollman Funeral Home, Ray and Dorothy Brodersen, Fairchild Painting & Construction, Dr. and Mrs. Steven LaTulippe, and North Dallas Bar and Grill are Bronze sponsors.
